Up for auction we have a Chattanooga Group Intellect Legend XT 2760 Portable Electrotherapy System. The Chattanooga Intellect Legend XT is a state-of-the-art electrotherapy and/or ultrasound system designed for rehabilitation and pain management. It's widely used in physical therapy clinics, sports medicine facilities, and similar healthcare settings. 


Key Features:
Six clinical waveforms: Offers a range of electrotherapy options to suit diverse patient needs, including Interferential, Premodulated, High Volt, Russian, Symmetrical Biphasic, and Microcurrent.
Dual frequency ultrasound: Provides therapeutic ultrasound at 1 MHz and 3.3 MHz, with pulsed or continuous duty cycles. This allows for a wider range of treatment applications.
Combination therapy: Can combine electrotherapy and ultrasound treatments, or easily switch between the two.
Modular design: Allows for expansion from two to four independent electrotherapy channels, and can integrate a battery module (sold separately) for portability. 


This item was powered ON, but no further testing was completed. A Plastic piece that hides the cord inputs in the front of the machine is cracked. Please reference included photos and manufactures website for more details. This item may have cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, and grime. Item is being sold AS IS.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Any inspections that occur must be done by appointment only.

Payment

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.


2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.


If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
 
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
 
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
 
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
 
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
 
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
 
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
 
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
