This truck started, ran moved, hydraulics seemed functional, winch worked, when recorded in picture slide on 4/24/26. Dielectric test and boom repairs were performed in 5/25 (Copy of receipt attached). Recent Dielectric test performed 12/25 (Test copy attached). Refer to repair history for all records recent and past major and minor repairs.
*** Front-end has a popping noise when turning hard left or right. Front tires are mismatched tread. Boom plastics are cracked and some broken (pictures displays). E-stop handle in bucket is missing. Expanded metal screen on boom platform welds are broken near bucket entry. Truck was involved in a collision that was professionally repaired in 1/25. Has some dings, dents, damaged body parts, scratches in paint with some rust in spots. Came out of service in 3/26.***
