All vehicles MUST be TOWED / HAULED off the property OR it is required to have a ONE-WAY PERMIT or registration for the vehicle before the vehicle is removed from the property. Once the buyer is given the title, every day after that if it is not picked up it is a $25 storage fee.

Payment
Highest bid is subject to WVSASP's approval.
After payment has been made, GovDeals will e-mail the buyer a copy of the bill of sale. The buyer needs to sign, print, date and e-mail it (from their e-mail address that is on file with GovDeals) to WVSASP@wv.gov along with a copy of their driver's license.
PAYMENT

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days (by 4:00 p.m.) from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate or the buyer will be defaulted. If the buyer is defaulted, GovDeals will refund the purchase price plus any taxes. THE 5% BIDDER FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE if you default. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
