READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION: This vehicle was acquired by us as you see it in April of 2023.
No modifications have been made.
2010 Ford Crown Victoria SEDAN 4-DR, 4.6L V8 SOHC 16V FFV.
Odometer 153,823 milage, known to be accurate, but cannot verify. Hours 3495, known to be accurate, but cannot verify. Power windows, locks, cruise control. Tires hold air and have tread, but should be updated. Ac blows cold, heat blows hot & cruise control works. No emissions lights, car has not been on the road since April of 2023 and the time we just drove it 143 miles to our facility, its only been moved around our storage facility since. We have 1 key for the vehicle.
Vehicle runs and drives, Need rear brake line repaired, brakes are soft and loosing brake fluid by rear end. Rust and rot present, this is a retired Ohio sheriff vehicle from Northwest Ohio area. Scratches Dents Dings are present, loose and or missing trim. Jack, but no spare tire.
*Emergency lighting and siren works, Watchguard camera did power up at one time, but doesn't power up now. spotlight does not work. Has 2 electronic gun releases, both are operational. has prisoner divider.
*Emergency lights, siren camera system will remain, if vehicle is purchased by a law enforcement agency, security company, fire dept, active law enforcement agent or agency, museum or movie company. Regular civilian purchase all this equipment will be stripped off the vehicle and WILL NOT be included.
*Two way radio will be removed and is not included. radio repeater in trunk will remain.
* Vinyl graphics, law enforcement markings will have to be removed, spray painted or covered completely before vehicle removal. buyers responsibility. this can be done at our facility once scheduled. Unless vehicle is purchased by a law enforcement agency, security company, fire dept, active law enforcement agent or agency, museum or movie company. Regular civilian purchase all this will be stripped off the vehicle or painted over.
* Vehicle Title will need transferred into purchasers name, agency or company, before vehicle will be released for removal! This is a must. Title is clean.
Suggest tow or trailer of vehicle with brake line issue, but after title is transferred it will be your option and decision how you want to remove car.
Sold as is Where is as seen. Inspections are by Appointment only, title pick up and vehicle removal is by appointment only.

Payment

Removal
Property may be REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT only and APPOINTMENTS MUST be made at least 24 hours in ADVANCE. All items must be removed within ten (10) Calendar days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) Calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. We CAN assist with loading MOST items, WEATHER PERMITTING, Forklift Assistance Weather Permitting. ***We are not Responsible for any dents, dings, scratches or alleged damage to your vehicle or auction item, trailer or persons when assisting loading of auction items.
