This unit is used and shows typical signs of wear including surface scratches and grime. It has not been power tested or plumbed for functional inspection. The condition of the plumbing, faucet, disposal, and any internal parts is unknown. Physical condition is as shown in photos.

Property is to be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to current situations, unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
