Item is located at Lewiston City Hall, 1134 F St., Lewiston, Idaho. Buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements for removal, transport, packing, and shipping, if necessary. The City will not provide assistance, equipment, or guidance for removal of items, and will not pack or ship items, even with a prepaid shipping label. This item is very heavy.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
Buyer assumes all risk of loss and responsibility for the item(s) upon payment. Buyer is responsible for any and all damage to City property or facilities, and for any personal injury or property damage that may occur, during inspection, pickup, or removal of items.
Items must be paid for and removed within ten (10) business days of auction end, unless prior arrangements are approved by the City. The City reserves the right to cancel the sale and relist any items not paid for and removed within this timeframe. Pickup is by appointment only.

Subject: Question about Lot #20966-391 – Tintri SYS-T820 Server Hi, I'm interested in this lot and have a couple of questions before bidding: Could you provide the model numbers and capacities of the 24 installed drives (SSDs and HDDs)? Drive labels are often visible if you're able to pull a photo of the drive caddies/carriers. Regarding the note that the "unit is vendor locked and requires Tintri software for use" — is there any Tintri license, support entitlement, or activation key included with the sale, or is the unit sold without any software/licensing? Hello, The server does not come with any software or support. The HDDs are Seagate Constellation ES.3 SED; the SSDs are Intel SSD DC S3500 Series. I've added representative closeup pictures of each type of drive, and pictures of every drive in their bays to the listing. 07/30/2026 16:14:51 PM

Removal
Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each auction page for complete removal details. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
