Includes: Oven/range only as pictured. Racks, cords, hoses, or regulators not included unless shown.
Removal/Loading: Buyer responsible for safe disconnection, capping of any utility lines, and transport.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. BUYER MAY NOT PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION TO REMOVE.
Property is to be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to current situations, unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted. Please make sure you have a scheduled appointment before arriving. Appointments can be made by email to movingandsurplus@ohio.edu
Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
