Description

Lot #10 - 25 Student Desks being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" by Cullman City Schools. Desks are in good condition with normal wear and tear from middle school use. Photos may include furniture that is not part of this listing of 25 Student Desks. Desk coloring may vary. Additional lots have been posted for bid. No refunds or exchanges will be given once the items have been removed from the seller's location. Inspection available upon request. Shipping is not available.

SALES TAX

Removal

All assets must be removed July 7, 2026 - July 10, 2026 (Tuesday-Friday). Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the July 7, 2026 - July 10, 2026 timeframe (Tuesday-Friday) allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
