If you select delivery by mail, please confirm your shipping address. We will add the shipping & handling fee, and you can then complete the payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you the Bill of Sale(BOS) for signature. Please sign the BOS and upload it together with a copy of your photo ID. We will arrange shipment and provide the tracking number after receiving all required documents.
If you choose local pickup, please finish the payment first, then submit a pickup appointment request. We will have your order ready based on your scheduled pickup time.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If shipping is available for a particular item, it will be clearly stated in the title or item description as “Shipping Available.”
Removal Policy
• Appointment Required: Removal is by appointment only.
• Timeframe: All items must be picked up/removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
• Abandonment: Any item(s) not removed within the allotted timeframe may be declared abandoned.

Storage & Late Pickup Fee
If the buyer fails to pick up within 5 (five) business days, or leaves partial items uncollected, a storage fee of $10 per item or pallet per day will be charged for each additional day past the deadline.
• Storage fees must be paid in full prior to release of the item(s).
• Items not picked up within 10 business days (including storage period) may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the seller’s discretion, with no refund.

• A copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or Bill of Sale
• Valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
• Any additional documentation required by the seller (e.g., Authorization of Release if a third party is picking up on your behalf)
