No guarantees made as to actual mileage; the listing reflects what can be visually observed. Title will be mailed after vehicle removal and payment from GovDeals is received. Titles may take up to 15 business days to be mailed; and will be mailed to and made under bidder profile info only, please make sure information is accurate before bidding.
We require all vehicles be towed away, buyer is responsible for all loading/unloading/moving/packing needed for removal of auctioned item(s). All documentation must be signed and taxes, fees must be paid prior to vehicle removal.In the event a third party is to remove the asset the buyer must fill out, sign and return an Authorization Release Form via email to the seller. This email must be sent from the same email registered with GovDeals.
Florida buyers are required by law to register vehicles and pay taxes directly to sellers without exception. Applicable taxes, title and fees must be paid directly to the seller separately from GovDeals payment.
