• The trailer has been unused and stationary for several years.
• The unit was originally green and has since been painted white.
• Automatic lift is not operational and must be manually operated.
• Exterior shows visible pitting and cosmetic wear consistent with age and long-term storage.
• The College does not know whether all systems, components, or features are present or operational. The unit has not been tested and would need to be connected to a generator and appropriate hookups to determine functionality. The “Features and Specifications” page (see photos) may reference features; however, the College cannot guarantee that all items shown are present or working.
• Tires appear to be in fair condition, but roadworthiness has not been verified.
• Clear title.
• Buyers must be aware of the surrounding conditions and access limitations at the pickup location. Due to space constraints and site layout, a lowboy trailer may not be suitable for removal. A rollback / tow truck or similar equipment may be required to safely load and transport the trailer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assess access, turning radius, grade, overhead clearance, and equipment needs prior to removal.
