* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk;

* Viewing: Not Allowed;

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

* Buyer must strictly comply with the seller’s EHS and Environment guidance during the dismantling, packing and removal work for purchased assets at but not limited to the seller’s premise;

* Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related issue and cost;

* Asset Removal Deadline: August 31, 2026;
