Offered for auction is a large lot of surplus BK Radio portable radio equipment and accessories formerly used in fire service operations.
This equipment has been decommissioned and removed from service due to equipment upgrades/replacement.
The lot includes a large assortment of BK Radio equipment, including:
Approximately 30+ BK Radio portable handheld radios
At least 15 portable radios were in good working order when removed from service
Remaining radios are untested, non-working, or suitable for parts/repair
Large quantity of rechargeable radio batteries
Multiple clamshell battery packs
Portable radio antennas
Numerous speaker microphones/microphones with coiled cords
Multiple desktop/single-unit charging bases
Multiple vehicle-mounted charging bases

Condition
All equipment is used surplus public-safety equipment and shows varying degrees of wear consistent with age and fire-service use. Cosmetic condition varies and may include scratches, scuffs, markings, labels, fading, dirt, and other signs of normal service.
At least 15 radios are known to have been operational when removed from service. However, the equipment has not been individually tested for this auction and no guarantee is made regarding the current operation, battery condition, charging capability, programming, frequency compatibility, or serviceability of any individual item.
Some radios, batteries, chargers, microphones, wiring, or other components may require repair or may be useful for parts only.
Rechargeable batteries are of unknown age and condition and battery capacity/runtime is not guaranteed.

This auction is for the entire lot as pictured. Items will not be separated or sold individually.
Radios have been decommissioned from agency service. The successful bidder is responsible for determining programming requirements, frequency compatibility, licensing requirements, and suitability for any intended use.
All equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Please review all photographs carefully. Photographs are considered part of the item description and provide the best representation of the quantity, type, and condition of equipment included in this lot.
If the buyer wants items shipped, it will be at the cost of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we are not at liberty to disclose the reserve and are waiting for the market to determine the price. At close, this lot could be offered to the highest bidder closest to the reserve price. Also, remember that we can re-auction these items if they do not reach the price we are looking for. Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
