For Auction we have a Fogel DECK-12-US Commercial Refrigerator. The Fogel DECK-12-US is a specific model of a one-section, 12 cubic foot capacity, commercial reach-in refrigerator with a glass door.
Features and Capabilities
Design: The unit uses a "deck-style" design with a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, which allows for easier maintenance and of the entire system.
Construction: It features heavy-duty white coated steel for both the interior and exterior, a stainless steel floor, and double-pane glass doors with Low-E protection for energy efficiency.
Capacity and Storage: The refrigerator offers a 12 cubic feet capacity for storage and includes three heavy-duty adjustable shelves with clips.
Lighting: Energy-efficient LED lighting is used for interior illumination.
Energy Efficiency: The replacement models (HC series) are often Energy Star certified and utilize R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly than older refrigerants like R134a.
The Fridge was left powered on over the course of a weekend and kept a cool temperature. The Fridge has not been tested further than what you see in the included media. The LED Lights turn on and work properly. The Fridge comes with a key that properly locks and unlocks the door. The Fridge comes with 3 shelves that include the proper hanging hardware, and 1 extra shelf laying at the bottom of the Fridge that does not have any hanging hardware. The Fridge may show cosmetic wear such as scuffs, sticker labels, dust, and grime. Please reference the included media and Fridge model number for more details. The Fogel Commercial Refrigerator is being sold AS IS.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED
