For Auction we have a Techno-Aide Adjustable Leg Support. The Techno-Aide Adjustable Leg Support (model LGS-S) is a medical positioning device used primarily in radiology to safely and securely position a patient's leg. The LGS-S model features a standard base for stability and an adjustable height range.
Features and Capabilities
Function: Safely supports and positions the patient leg during imaging procedures.
Imaging Uses: Ideal for obtaining specific diagnostic views, such as the Dunn view (flexes knees and hips at a 90-degree angle for femoral head assessment) and the upright PCL stress view.
Weight Capacity: Features durable all-steel construction with a weight-bearing capacity of up to 350 lbs.
Adjustability: Easy-to-use Posi-Lock height adjustment mechanism.
Height Range: Adjustable from 14.5" to 19".
Base Size: The LGS-S is the standard model with a sturdy 9" x 12" base designed for increased safety and stability.
Calf Support: Includes a 6.5" x 9.5" calf support with a comfortable and durable nylon covered pad.
Material: The frame is made of steel with a white powder-coated paint finish for durability.
Country of Manufacture: Proudly made in the USA.
The Leg Support adjusts up and down properly. The base is strong and sturdy. The Support base has a rubber mat bottom to prevent sliding and movement. Please reference the included photos and model for more details. The Techno-Aide Leg Support is being sold AS IS.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Any inspections that occur must be done by appointment only.
Payment
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED
