Confirmed specs & models include:
All laptops equipped with Intel i7 processors
Known models include Latitude 5420 Rugged, Latitude 14 Rugged 5414, and one Latitude XFR
Additional models may also be included beyond those listed above
Condition Notes:
Used and mostly untested overall; the first five were briefly powered on and successfully booted
Some units may be missing critical components—including RAM, hard drives, and batteries—though a full inventory has not been conducted
Some may have BIOS passwords that are unknown and will not be provided
No power supplies or accessories included

Inspection is strongly recommended.
Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.

Condition varies on merchandise we sell. Some assets may not be thoroughly evaluated and some may contain defects which are unknown and undisclosed. Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auctions only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of the listed auction. All sales are final upon removal of the asset.
Customers can and should inspect the property but only by appointment. All appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due before asset removal which is required within 10 (ten) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
4. Shipping amounts will be automatically applied to your Bill of Sale during the first business day after closing of the auction. If you wish to pick up in person instead please email us at surpluscashier@des.wa.gov or call at 360-407-2271 to remove and finalize your bill of sale.

If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool for Out of State Vehicle Buyers. You will be provided two forms to bring to Seller that will be signed upon removal.
PLEASE BE AWARE: A $65 fee will be added to the total sale of this listing for freight preparation. We will be happy to remove this fee if you wish to pick up in person or with a named third party. Contact us at 360-407-2271 or surpluscashier@des.wa.gov to remove this charge.
PICK UP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate.
Buyers can pick up the property ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 360-407-2271 or email surpluscashier@des.wa.gov to schedule an appointment.
A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.
A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged after deadline.
REMOVAL CONDITIONS
PICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY
Asset will be released only to the buyer - in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit.
Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individual is required to be specifically named. An Authorization of Release must be signed by the buyer and emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up.
Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal of the asset. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of the third party shipper.
Buyer may have a freight company pick up this item. WA State Surplus Operations will prepare this item for freight for a $65 plus tax per pallet non-negotiable preparation fee. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as those specified in this listing, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. As a courtesy: In lieu of default, seller may consider cancelling sale of an asset upon mutually agreed terms with the buyer at a cost of 10% of the previous bid amount, as long as the asset has not been removed from premises.
