TWO PAIR OF EAR BUDS (AUC413). Abandoned property, so not all property conditions are known. Item sold in "As Is" condition. BUYER PICKUP ONLY. NO SHIPPING.
The successful buyer will be supplied buyer pickup instructions after the close of the auction. No unscheduled, or drop-in pickups.

The Town of Longmeadow acting through the Town Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. Town surplus property sold per Massachusetts General Law (MGL), Chapter 30B, Section 15; Police Auction items sold per MGL 135, Section 7 & 8.

Payment

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
