DESCRIPTION : ***Note: This is an off-site auction; this asset is not located at the Washington State Surplus Operations warehouse. The owning agency contact listed above must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pick-up of this asset.*** This vehicle was started and driven briefly. AC blows cold. Freshly detailed. Upgraded trim package with sunroof and roof rack. Low mileage. Auxiliary strobe switch and front end strobes installed and functioning. Upholstery stain on passenger side roof (see photo), otherwise very clean interior.

OWNING AGENCY STATES : Runs and drives with no known issues.

See the pictures for more details. Personal inspection of the lot is highly recommended. Verification of all details are entirely the responsibility of the bidder during an in person inspection. Failure to inspect the lot is not grounds to void responsibility. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sold "as-is", where is.

Inspection

Condition varies on merchandise we sell. Some assets may not be thoroughly evaluated and some may contain defects which are unknown and undisclosed. Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auctions only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of the listed auction. All sales are final upon removal of the asset.

Customers can inspect the property only by appointment. All appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday).

Payment

Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due before asset removal which is required within 10 (ten) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal

PICK UP DEADLINE:

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Signatures can be done in person, at our Tumwater Location or via AdobeSign.

Loading and Transportation of this vehicle/equipment is the buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

REMOVAL CONDITIONS

Loading and Transportation of this vehicle/equipment is the buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Assistance may be provided but no service is guaranteed.

PICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY

Asset will be released only to the buyer - in person.

Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individuals are required to be specifically named or a specific vehicle transporter. An Authorization of Release must be signed by the buyer and emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up.

We recommend this asset be TOWED for removal. This asset has not been thoroughly evaluated for potential issues. Asset is sold with no license plates and is sold as-is meaning we may not be aware of all potential mechanical issues.
