For Auction are 4 Zebra Printers. 3 of the Printers are model ZT230, and 1 is a model ZT231. The Zebra ZT230 Industrial Printer is a durable, compact, and high-performance label printer designed for demanding environments such as manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. It supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, offering versatility for various labeling applications.
Features and Capabilities
Print Methods: The printer supports both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing, providing flexibility based on media and application needs.
Durability: It features a rugged all-metal case and print mechanism designed for long-lasting use in industrial environments.
Design: A space-saving, ergonomic bi-fold door design requires minimal opening space, making it ideal for constrained workspaces. The side-loading supplies path simplifies media and ribbon loading.
User Interface: An icon-based LCD graphical user interface and a full-function keypad allow for easy setup, control, and troubleshooting.
Print Quality & Speed: The standard resolution is 203 dpi (dots per inch), with an optional 300 dpi version available for higher quality printing. It can print at speeds of up to 6 inches per second.
Media Handling: It accommodates a large 450-meter ribbon capacity and supports various media types, including continuous labels, die-cut labels, and black mark labels, with a maximum print width of 4.09 inches (104 mm).
Connectivity: Standard connectivity options include USB 2.0 and RS-232 Serial ports, with optional Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity available.
The Zebra Printers were all powered on. No further testing of the printers has been completed. The Printer Lot comes with 1 power cord. The Printers may show cosmetic wear such as scuffs and sticker labels. Please reference the included photos and Printer model numbers for more details. The Zebra Printers are being sold AS IS.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Any inspections that occur must be done by appointment only.
Payment
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED
