Overview
Add deep metal etching to your laser or marking business with this LABETCH / Laser2Etch MasterEtch unit. This is a hybrid system that combines laser resist patterning with spray chemical etching to deliver fast, high-depth etch results even on large, complex designs—something laser-only systems struggle with. The process is elegantly simple:
1. Apply a laser-compatible etch resist (L2E Etch resist) — a thermally cured ink — over the substrate surface. (Laser2Etch)
2. Use your CO₂ or fiber laser to “burn off” the resist in the areas you want etched, exposing bare metal. (Laser2Etch)
3. Spray ferric chloride (≈ 40%) in a controlled, temperature-regulated, recirculating spray cycle. The exposed metal is chemically removed to the desired depth. (Laser2Etch)
Because the chemical attack acts simultaneously across all exposed surfaces, etch time is nearly independent of pattern complexity or area. This offers huge throughput advantages over laser-only deep engraving, especially for dense or large parts. (Laser2Etch)

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
