Lot of Assorted Pavers and Landscape Bricks.
Seller will keep up to 2 layers (about 32 square feet) of each style of pavers and bricks.
Exact quantity is unknown, but there are approximately 7 pallets of pavers and bricks, each about 2-3 feet tall. Assets were extra products from construction projects and projects that were pulled up and removed. Some assets are new and some are used and some assets are cut (relatively few.) Inspections can be made with an appointment.
Each pallet weighs around 3,000 pounds. We have a forklift on site that can load assets on to a truck.
Asset(s) was used at a school district. Asset(s) is in well used, largely functional condition. Asset(s) has light to heavy amounts of scratches, marks, stains, stickers, and other blemishes. Some blemishes may not show up in images. We encourage bidders to inspect the asset(s) before submitting a bid. Seller makes no guarantees regarding the asset's condition.

Payment

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Asset must be picked up personally by the buyer. A third party shipper may only pick up the asset if proof is provided to the seller that the shipment has already been paid for.

This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.

TITLE 13 CALIFORNIA CODE DISCLOSURE OF REGULATION APPLICABILITY: WHEN OPERATED IN CALIFORNIA ANY OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD IN-USE OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE REGULATION.
