2002 International Used Special Needs Bus. Obsolete parts. High mileage. Last in-service mileage: 325741. Last in service: 1/17/2023. This bus does not run. As Is. Buyer responsible for removal. Must be picked up with a wrecker.

The Buyer is solely responsible to make arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the item,
including packing, loading and transportation of all materials, including any and all permits as required by law.

If you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, you must contact the Seller BEFORE YOU PAY online through GovDeals.
Once the Seller confirms you are tax exempt, they can adjust the Buyer’s/Seller’s Certificate and Bill of Sale to
reflect the amount owed, less sales tax.


If you do not contact the Seller before paying online to GovDeals, you will be required to pay Seller any and all
taxes. Buyer will then be required to contact their State to be reimbursed for any sales tax paid to Seller.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Rockdale County Public Schools assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
