Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

****If the buyer fails to remove the asset(s) after 30 days, the asset(s) is considered abandoned, and the Township may move the item to another location and the buyer will be responsible for the costs to dismantle, transport and store the item(s). In such an event, the Township will not be responsible for any item(s) damaged by such removal.

If the buyer/bidder has not picked up their item(s) within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to Braceville Township. Thereafter, the Township will dispose of the item(s) as the Township deems reasonable and retain any proceeds and/or payments there from.****
