Inspection

Inspection is not available. All items are sold "AS IS". Please refer to the description and photos in posting. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payment

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.

Removal

**SELLER DOES NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING SERVICES**

Removal of property is Monday – Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm. Removal must be within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If shipping is needed check on-line for providers that will do all the necessary work for you. There are multiple nearby/local shipping stores who can assist you with the pick-up, packaging, and shipping of items for a fee. Examples are The UPS Store (503) 546-3843 or (503)477-4672 or any other local The UPS Store, The Packing Store, and for larger freight items, The USPS Store #1261-Freight Division (503) 690-0234.

At the time of removal, the Buyer or Buyer’s Agent must present the Buyer’s Certificate and proper identification. If a Buyer’s Agent is collecting and removing the property for the Buyer, authorization from the Buyer’s GovDeals email address must be sent to the Seller, prior to removal.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
