(Shipping Available) Preferred method of shipping for most items is USPS flat rate box. We can accommodate
any size of flat rate box needed. Winning bidder will need to send the respective flat rate label via email. If items
are not suitable for USPS flat rate service, you may contact UPS or FedEx or local packing company to
accommodate your needs. The winning bidder is 100% responsible for all removal and shipping costs of
items purchased.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.
Removal
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of
issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of
payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday – Friday AKST.
The Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for any damage to State of Alaska property resulting from the removal of property. The Buyer cannot perform maintenance on property purchased on State of Alaska property. If someone other than the Buyer is picking up property, the Buyer is responsible for sending the Seller authorization in writing (letter or e-mail) for the third party picking up the property. The third party will be required to show photo ID confirming they are authorized to pick up the property.
