The Greenheck LB-48-75 is a model in the LB series of centrifugal roof exhaust fans (specifically a 48-inch wheel diameter, 7.5 HP model) designed for exhaust, supply, or return air in commercial and industrial applications. These fans feature a backward inclined centrifugal wheel and are designed for roof mounting, often featuring a hinged hood for easy access to internal components.

230-460V 19/19.5 amps
Motor Horsepower: 7.5 HP. 3 phase
Construction: Heavy-gauge galvanized steel drive frame with option for aluminum housings.
Operation: Belt drive (standard for this size), with adjustable motor bases for belt tensioning
Drive Components: Wheel and inlet cone alignment are adjustable by loosening shroud bolts or setscrews in the wheel hub.
Speed Control: Variable pitch motor pulleys allow for speed adjustment.
Damage: The fan arrived with damage to the curb adapter where the aluminum was cracked and smashed when the fan shifted during shipping. Additionally, the vertical supports that attach to the curb adapter were bent and cracked under the weight of the motor. The lid has damage where it attaches on one side. We are unaware of any damage to the internal components.

Removal
Property may be removed between 12:00 and 4:00 Monday through Friday ET (excluding University Staff holidays).
24 hours advanced notice must be provided.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Unless otherwise noted, no Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty: Purdue University (seller) warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
