Mechanical:
Vehicle starts, drives well, runs rough with a definite misfire. Intermittent WARNING lights on dash, A/C blows cold. Buyer must be prepared to tow from location upon pickup (see pictures).
Driving impressions are based on a 3-mile test drive on surface streets at speeds not exceeding 45 mph. All defects may not be known or apparent. Vehicles are sold as-is, and once removed from City property, no returns or refunds will be considered.
All known factory recalls have been performed as of the time of this listing.
Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available.
Known mechanical issues:
- Check engine light
- Need new Transmission (hard shifting, delayed going into gears, intermittently won't go into reverse)
- Engine oil consumption may also be a problem
Exterior:
Vehicle body is in good shape, with some paint scuffing and peeling where decals have been removed. Various minor and/or small dents and scratches. Paint on hood is oxidized (see pictures).
Interior:
Missing: center console, rear door panels, rear seat, rear seat belts. Various holes throughout interior from removed equipment. Small hole in lower right back bolster of driver's seat. Rear passenger power window does not work, Remainder of interior in good shape, horn does not work (see all pictures).

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Proof of ID will be required to pick up property, and City policy requires that we take a photocopy of the ID. ID must match the name of the winning bidder.
If you are sending a third party to pick up your property, be prepared to provide, via email, a signed copy of the bill of sale, a picture of your government issued ID, and a letter detailing who the City of Folsom may release the property to.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are generally available Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate may be relisted for sale.

Sales to CITY OF FOLSOM Employees or Family. Unless expressly authorized by the City Council of the City of Folsom, no City official, City employee, or family members of City official or employee may bid on the property listed for auction.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
