The compressor was bought new and was installed then immediately removed as it was not the problem. The outside unit was only used for a few months. Both should be in good operating condition but that can't be verified. These units are being sold as is. I do have a fork lift to assist with loading.


In person inspections are highly recommended. Inspections can be done anytime between 7am to 2pm Monday through Friday, after calling for an appointment. Pick up times once you have won an item will be the same (7am-2pm Mon-Fri.) If you win an item, please bring a photo ID and a printed copy of your buyer’s certificate. If you arrive outside these times without making prior arrangements with me, you will be asked to return during normal business hours.
Please review pictures closely and ask for additional information if needed. Sales tax due where applicable. Buyer must present valid sales tax exemption certificate.
