2013 Homesteader 24 foot Box trailer, Trailer needs extensive repairs. Weld is broke on the right corner of the V nose (Can see outside). The roof needs repaired. The aluminum roofing is torn loose, can see outside in a few places. Has been leaking a while. Has 1 soft place in the floor. Trailer is rough, all over dents, scratches, decals, holes in aluminum in places. Bad tires, dry rotted & flat. Please review pictures and inspection form prior to bidding. Sold as is. See attached inspection form.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property will be removed by appointment only and appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointment must be agreeable to both awarded bidder and WVU. Property must be removed within 10 business days from the date of payment. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including removing from location and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. No equipment or tools will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for items not removed within the aforementioned days.
