Used/See Description
Up for auction is a used 2015 Bobcat E55 excavator. Machine operates as it should and includes 1- 52" X-Change grading bucket. Machine is equipped with the hydraulic x-change system for in cab bucket changes, and a hydraulic thumb. Machine has always been stored indoors in a heated garage. There are no mechanical issues that we are aware off. Machine will need tracks replaced in the near future.
Pictures might show a warning light on the top and a 2-way radio in the cab. Both of these items have been removed.
Hours are accurate at 4377. The machine will not be used for any more excavating but might be moved around the garage which might add to the meter.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
