This is a 18 foot flat bottom Weldbilt boat, Mercury four stroke 90HP outboard motor and Diamond city tandem axle boat trailer. This boat is in good condition, and as far as I know, it does not leak. Motor is working at last start up, but does have a dead battery.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Schedule pick up between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday Only. Excluding holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
