Description

Up for auction is 1 used 2005 Case 580SM+ backhoe. Includes 1-36" grade bucket, 1-24" tooth bucket, 1 set of forks that attach to the front bucket, 1-spare rear tire, and 1-spare front tire. Spare tires were kept when the tires were replaced just in case they were needed. They are used.
The machine runs and operates as it should. Heat works but the AC does not. The machine is used so it shows signs of that. All windows are intact. Machine has a battery tender installed on it to keep the batteries charged due to not being used very much. Original books are included.

***After inspection we found that the AC compressor is locked up, so the AC does not work***

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
