Vehicle is former law enforcement cruiser. Vehicle is sold As-Is, Where-Is with no warranty whatsoever either written or implied.
Logan County highly recommends an in-person inspection prior to purchase. Inspection is by appointment only with Shawn Mcintire at 937-592-5671.
Once payment is processed through the GovDeals system, you may schedule an appointment with David Henry, County Administrator, at 937-599-7283 to pick up the title. A valid federal or state government issued ID must be presented prior to the title being transferred.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
