Description

The Supertec G20P-50CNC is a high-precision, automated CNC universal cylindrical grinder. It is a specialized industrial machine tool used to shape the outside diameter (OD) and, with optional attachments, the inside diameter (ID) of cylindrical workpieces.

Core Functions & Capabilities Outside Diameter (OD) Grinding: This is its primary function. It shapes the exterior surfaces of shafts, rods, pins, and bearings as they spin between the machine's centers

Inside Diameter (ID) Grinding: When configured with an optional internal grinding attachment, it can grind the inside bores of hollow cylinders or tubes.
Taper and Face Grinding: The work table can be swiveled (typically up to 7 degrees), allowing the machine to grind precise angled cones, tapers, and flat faces on cylindrical parts.

Automated Multi-Step Grinding: Because it features a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system, operators can program complex, multi-diameter grinding cycles into a single setup, minimizing manual operator intervention.

Removal

Property may be removed between 12:00 and 4:00 Monday through Friday ET (excluding University Staff holidays).

24 hours advanced notice must be provided.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Unless otherwise noted, no Assistance will be provided.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
