SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property will be removed by appointment only and appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointment must be agreeable to both awarded bidder and WVU. Property must be removed within 10 business days from the date of payment. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including removing from location and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. No equipment or tools will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for items not removed within the aforementioned days.

All sales are final upon removal of property. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to Buyer that property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of property. If Seller confirms that property does not conform to description Seller will keep property and refund any money paid.
