Up for auction is this 2013 Ford Explorer. This vehicle was in use for data collection by the Kansas Geological Survey. It's last trip to the garage let us know it needs the following at the least, because they stopped looking:

Engine noise.
Engine misfire detected.
Brake job required.
Excessive rust.
Transmission front pan/leak.

There are some chips in the paint, but nothing huge. Interior is generally nice, however there are scratches in the back from loading equipment in and out.

I haven't heard or seen this vehicle run as the battery is currently dead. It was parked in its current location under its own power (as opposed to having been towed in) but it might be best to trailer this vehicle as the above description suggests its likely not roadworthy.
