This 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 pickup truck is equipped with a 5.7L HEMI V8 engine and automatic transmission. The truck was reportedly used as a daily driver by the previous owner and was said to run and drive well prior to the mechanical issue described below.

The air conditioning compressor locked up, causing the serpentine/fan belt to break. Because the belt is broken, the truck cannot currently be driven and will require repairs before being placed back into service. The vehicle was towed to our facility in its current condition and has not been road tested by our staff.

Due to the broken belt and inability to safely operate the vehicle, the truck was not driven for inspection and does not have a current Virginia inspection sticker. The vehicle also does not have a Virginia reject inspection sticker, as it was never taken for inspection while in our possession. Buyers should assume additional repairs, maintenance, and inspection-related items may be needed before the vehicle can be legally operated on public roads.

In addition to the broken serpentine/fan belt caused by the seized A/C compressor, our staff observed that the rear driver's-side brake rotor is cracked.

Beyond this visible issue, the vehicle has not been further inspected, diagnosed, or mechanically evaluated by our staff. Because the truck cannot currently be driven and was towed to our facility in its present condition, we are unable to determine what additional repairs, maintenance, or components may be required.

Buyers should conduct their own inspection and bid accordingly. Vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.

The truck features four-wheel drive and recently installed tires. Overall cosmetic condition appears good for its age, but the vehicle is being sold strictly AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.

**Important:** Vehicle must be towed or transported from our facility. It is not considered road-ready and will not be permitted to be driven from the pickup location.

Inspection is encouraged prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for verifying condition, repairs needed, and suitability for intended use.

Vehicle must be towed from the property — NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for all repairs and inspections required for highway registration/use. Once properly repaired and inspected, the vehicle may be eligible for registration and highway use subject to state laws and inspection requirements.
