Description

Up for auction is a Varian Cary 100 Bio UV-visible spectrophotometer. The Cary 100 Bio UV-Vis is currently not operational. The unit requires a replacement belt for the chopper motor to function properly. All other components were fully functional prior to the belt breaking. Software is included with the instrument.

Shipping is not available on this item. Please plan on local pick up or working with a courier to get your item packed and shipped.

    The GPIB card and cable are included. The software is included on a set of installation CDs. On powering the instrument, the following error is displayed, “Error code:9:9329SEQ: E9329 Fatal chopper failure”. 07/24/2026 11:04:53 AM

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Item pick ups are available by appointment, Monday through Friday. No weekend availability.
