Items are sold in lots; bidder must pick up all items in lot. Bidders will not be allowed to choose items from lots with a promise to return for remaining lot items. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS TO LOAD AND REMOVE ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Recreation District #1/Pelican Park assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. No items or Partial items can be placed in the Recreation District #1 dumpsters. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to pay for items or pick up items in a timely manner without making prior arrangements will result in bidder default.
