OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "This vehicle was involved in a wreck and was damaged beyond repair. The unit was kept in a secure yard but out in the elements. At the time of putting it in the yard the engine was still functional at current status is unsure."
PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2007 International 4300 LP Utility Flatbed Truck. This vehicle was not started or driven during processing. When attempting to start this vehicle, we used both a 12v and 24v on the battery terminals, as there is no battery installed. No luck was made and not even the dash was able to be powered. The vehicle looks to have a bent rear axel with a missing tire and another tire thats loose on the rim. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. owning agencies last known odometer reading was 99961. The exterior shows denting, rust, scuffing, scratching, and paint damage. The interior shows mold, worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, loose cables/panels, and dirt/dust build up. The utility flatbed shows denting and rust. Dimensions for flatbed are approximate: 12.4' L x 10.5' H x 8' W. GVWR: 27000lbs. GAWR-Front: 8000lbs. GAWR-Rear: 19000lbs.
Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.

Removal
Due to known mechanical issues or challenges, we are REQUIRING this asset be TOWED for removal. We do not employ mechanics and this asset has not been thoroughly evaluated for potential issues. Asset is sold with no license plates and is sold as-is meaning we may not be aware of all potential mechanical issues.
PICK UP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate.

A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.

Asset will be released only to the buyer - in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit.
