Description

Lot of 13 new electric motors and pump assemblies for HVAC and plumbing applications. Units are new, uninstalled, and have been stored indoors.


Manufacturers in this lot include Baldor Reliance, Bell & Gossett, Marathon Electric, and WEG. This lot includes a variety of electric motors, circulation pumps, and pump/motor assemblies with various horsepower ratings and configurations.


Visible specifications in the lot include:

• 3/4 HP through 20 HP motors

• 230/460V and 460V configurations

• Single and variable speed units

• 3 phase motors

• TEFC, ODP, and OPSB enclosures

• Pump assemblies and HVAC circulation equipment

• NEMA Premium efficiency motors


Several units still include paperwork, tags, and protective covers. Equipment appears to have been stored indoors in a maintenance/storage environment.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
