Please read the "Details" section under the "Description" heading. 06/22/2026 11:25:30 AM

  • Hi there. Thank you in advance for your time. I have not purchased from your business yet but do you prep the pallets or would we be responsible for contracting someone to prep the pallet? I'm an out-of-state buyer so appreciate the confirmation. Thank you. All my best, N 07/14/2026 18:27:32 PM

Hello! A $65 charge will be assessed automatically at close of this lot. This includes wrapping the pallet in black shrink wrap and strapping the load to the pallet. Upon submittal of a bill of lading it will be affixed to the pallet. The buyer is responsible for contracting a freight driver to pick the pallet up and notifying us regarding all required details. For more information check out the Removal section of the listing. 07/15/2026 19:23:01 PM

  • What is reason this lot repost? 07/15/2026 15:12:42 PM

  • No model numbers, No info at all, and the bid is over $5K ??? ....Great job lister 07/19/2026 21:47:35 PM

We sincerely apologize for the lack of information. There is a "Details" section of the preview where you can find the following information: "Up for auction is a Pallet of Server Equipment. Some items included are DELL EMC & HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10. None of the units were plugged in or powered on. A complete inventory of the contents of this pallet was not generated. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information." Due to the high volume of product moving through our facility we, unfortunately, do not have the personnel and resources to photograph, count and research every item in each lot. We realize that not all bidders are able but we strongly encourage our patrons to perform an in-person inspection of the items they will be bidding on. Visiting our site in Tumwater, WA is by appointment only and requires calling 360-407-2273 or email surpluscashier@des.wa.gov to make that appointment if available. No Walk-ins please. 07/20/2026 11:34:05 AM

  • Can you please provide photos of the Dell Server Service Tags? The value of these servers is dependant upon what's inside the case. CPU, RAM etc. You are showing us photos of the server chassis like you are marketing autos on the value of dents and paint damage. I see the following in the photo: 1 x HPE DL360, Gen 10 3 x HPE DL380, Gen 10 6 x Dell Possible R740 Dell servers have a Service Tag that anyone can query and see what the server is. It's like a VIN on a vehicle. https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-ca/article/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/locate-service-tag/server-storage HPE servers similar: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sf000106674en_us&docLocale=en_US 08/10/2026 19:40:45 PM

In the future we will make better attempts to photograph legible service tags for you, however, we can NOT guarantee the accuracy of any service tag when it comes to components that may or may not be inside any equipment. We sincerely apologize for the lack of information.
