The mower starts and drives, however the deck is inoperable
This needs a PTO belt, deck belt, and deck pulley
One of the deck tires is flat and one of the left-side tires by the seat has a leak (we pumped it up before taking pictures)
The arm in the last photo is going with the mower, it was ordered as a replacement part for a piece that had been welded several times, but ended up not being needed
The hour meter was replaced at 1,077 hours

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the close of the auction. A daily storage fee of $15.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and as stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer must make all arrangements for pickup and removal of item(s) purchased. The Buyer is responsible for all work necessary to remove item(s) from the City of Lynchburg’s premises including packing, loading, and transporting. City of Lynchburg employees may not assist in the removal process.
Per GovDeals' requirements, the Buyer must provide a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate when the item is picked up because the Buyer’s Certificate is Proof-of-Purchase from GovDeals.com.
