There are no exceptions to that rule. 3rd party pickups will require additional paperwork that needs to be completed before any pick-up date can be confirmed by Butte County General Services. We are closed on the weekends and most holidays. This vehicle is subject to CARB restrictions. It is our understanding that since the diesel engine is older than
2005 if you are going to use it on public roadways you will have to upgrade the engine to a 2010 to be compliant. If you are going to ONLY use it for personal use on your own property (not at all driving on public roads) there are no compliance regulations. For Auction is a Used 2004 Bluebird, (Diesel), (Odometer=3851).

Runs, all 3 batteries hold a good charge. Starts right up once the battery bypass switch is turned on in the battery compartment and the alarm remote on keys is pressed off. Pretty Clean, and in Good Condition. Needs new fuel gauge, a full tank will only show on the gauge as half full. The turn off and on switch in the battery box, cuts all power to the vehicle, this was put in to keep the batteries from discharging, there are some controls that stay on even when the switch is off. The satellite dish seems to still be connected to the power, sometimes a blue light can be seen emanating from it. the wheelchair lift is another drain on the batteries. also including the alarm system. When the power is turned back on, the alarm will turn on. then use the black box on the key chain to turn it off.
