Payment
* A refundable deposit CNY500,000 or USD70,000 is needed prior to bidding;
* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); If buyer places RMB100 on line, buyer shall to pay 100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=RMB132.08;
* Transaction currency: CNY;
* Payment type and due: Wire Transfer; GoIndustry DoveBid will raise proforma invoices first and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date;
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer;
* Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit (if applicable), offering and payment;

Removal
* Buyer should strictly follow seller's schedule and site EHS requirement for removal and collection;
* Buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related issue and cost;
* Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;
* The range of cable should be from control cabinet to main machine;
* Buyer should clean up the site if the buyer has the trash or waste liquid generated when the equipment is removed;
* Holes on roofs and walls need to be covered/reinstated according to seller requirement/specs at buyer's sole expense during asset dismantling;
* Site clearance date: no later than 2/28/2024;
* 买家提货需严格遵守卖家给出的时间表和现场施工作业安全要求；
* 所有进出口事宜均由买家自行负责；
* 拆卸、包 装、吊装、搬运及运输所产生的费用（包括任何由此产生的工程费用）由买家自理，所有进出口事宜均由买家自行负责；
* 所有设备电缆界定范围：从设备到该设备的控制柜；
* 买家在设备拆除时所产生的垃圾废液等，需买家自行清理；
* 如设备拆卸搬 运过程中涉及到修补屋面洞及墙洞，买家需负责按照卖家要求及标准修补并承担相应费用；
* 设备搬离时间：不晚于2/28/2024;
