We’d like to sell Cardiac Science AEDs on the GovDeals site, this is approved by the board. We have 50 machines total. They are in labeled boxes in the safety and health area of the warehouse. Below is a description for the ‘lot’, and pictures for reference. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Description:
An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a portable, easy to use electronic device that can save a life during sudden cardiac arrest by automatically analyzing the victims heart rhythm and delivering a controlled electrical shock to restore a normal heartbeat. The Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 AED includes clear voice prompts, a text screen, and a built-in metronome to potentially save lives who are experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. Each AED will also come with its own carrying case.

Inspection

INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS NOT IMMEDIATELY DETECTABLE. Therefore, we invite bidders to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders viewing available by appointment, Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 11AM CST. Call (931) 648-5600 to check for closing information (bad weather) and CMCSS holidays. Payment

PAYMENT: Payment is due in full no later than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Credit cards and bank cards are NOT accepted. Payments through GovDeals site are NOT accepted. Acceptable forms of payment are U. S. currency (must have exact change-there is no change available), certified cashier’s check, or money order. Certified checks or money orders shall be made payable to: Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. Mailing address: Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, 621 Gracey Ave., Clarksville, TN 37040. Attn: Accounts Receivable. Payment and pickup is made in the same building, Central Office, at 621 Gracey Ave, Clarksville, TN 37040. Please see the receptionist at the main entrance to coordinate payment with the Accounting Department and/or the Warehouse for product pickup. *Any lots that are not paid for within 10 business days will be re-posted for bid and the defaulting buyer may be blocked from the site.

Removal

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within fifteen (15) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including pallets, packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00AM and 2PM, Monday through Thursday, excluding school system holidays. Appointments are required for pickups. Contact Warehouse Manager at (931) 920-7803 for appointment *****Call the information desk at 931-648-5600 to check for closures including emergency closures for incidents like electrical failures and bad weather.***** *A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 15 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. To avoid storage fees you must request an extension, effectively communicate any delays and when you will be able to pickup.
