There are no exceptions to that rule. 3rd party pickups will require additional paperwork that needs to be completed before any pick-up date can be confirmed by Butte County General Services. We are closed on the weekends and most holidays. Emails are the best way to contact us; any emails sent after office hours (8am-4:30pm) or over the weekend will not be answered until the next business day at the earliest. Vehicle starts, but won't stay running, we're unsure why it won't stay running. Check engine light appears to be on. AC blows cold air. Fuel gauge reads 1/2 tank.


This vehicle was driven up to surplus on Aug 21st. It needed a jump to start when it was driven over the surplus yard. It will start, but we couldn't get it to keep running.
