Abandoned/Forfeited vehicle from police impound lot.
This vehicle does run and drive.
Other defects are unknown. The odometer reading may or may not be the actual mileage. It is highly recommended that you inspect the vehicle before bidding. An Ohio salvage title and a Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure a salvage title and a bill of sale are sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible to title the vehicle in their residing county/state. Vehicle must be picked up by the buyer. No assistance will be provided to help load the vehicle. No shipping. Please bring all equipment or personnel required to remove vehicle. Email the contact (click on blue highlighted “ask a question”) to make an appointment if you desire an inspection, Use the GovDeals website if you have any questions. Payment must be made via the GovDeals website. Do not bid if you are not willing to pick the item up at our lot. We do not ship. Payment is requested after the end of the auction but is mandated on the fifth day after the auction. Inspections are available Monday through Friday 7AM to 3PM. Pick up of the vehicle after auction/payment will be available on Monday through Friday 7AM to 2PM. If you are the winning bidder must pick up within 10 days of close of auction.

Payment

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
