PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 2 (two) business days of auction closure. Failure to make payment will result in a default on winning bidder's behalf and item may be immediately offered for sale to next highest bidder or set for re-auction. ***IN SHORT: If you cannot pay immediately upon winning an auction, please do NOT bid.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Seller may be able to assist contracted carriers with pickup arrangement and directions/instructions by preapproval. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Vehicles not removed within ten (10) business days of payment will be treated as abandoned property and removed at the buyer's expense to a tow/impound facility. Tow/impound storage rates will accrue at $15.00 per day up to 30 days, at which time the tow facility may apply through the court and BMV for an abandoned title.
All vehicles must be removed by tow truck or trailer unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing by the seller. Buyers are not permitted to work on vehicles in an attempt to drive from facility, other than simple jump start or tire inflation.
Winning bidder MUST be present in person upon pickup of vehicle. Seller will NOT mail titles or release vehicles to persons other than the winning bidder, identified by government issued photo identification.
