Yes, title is available upon pick up. Truck is fully operational and will start. Once appointment is scheduled to pick up we verify batteries are charged. As far as your smog question, this truck is a diesel and due to its weight is exempt in the state of Oregon. 02/27/2026 10:15:29 AM
